regarding the legalization of prostitution:
an interesting study was conducted by the German Institute for Economic Research and the
London School of Economics and Political Science. it concluded that the legalization of prostitution has two potential opposing effects on human trafficking. one would be that trafficking increases as a result because prostituition expands as a market. the other impact could be that prostituition would become preferred over trafficking because it would be legal and more accessible. by studying a cross-section of up to 150 countries, empirical analysis shows that countries where prostitution is legal experience larger reported human trafficking inflows. although it is argued that people should have the freedom to do with their bodies what they please, if this comes with the loss of bodily freedom for an increased population of trafficking victims, I find it more persuasive to maintain the status quo in this regard.

The word "victimless" is a misnomer. We are all victims to crime. In the 60s, when we decided to stop punishing interracial relationships, we created a tear in the moral fabric of the United States, a country that used to be based on morality and civility. This thorn in the paw of Cerberus has allowed interracial marriage to be accepted within a mere generation, and let escape the hellspawn that we all feared it would: homosexuality. And most frighteningly. the corruption is overtaking our scorched nation faster than our forefathers could have ever imagined, and now that the gates of hell are entirely unrestrained, one can only imagine what abominations will emerge from the depths in the next 30 years.

Victimless crimes should be legal because its victimless and its not the govt responsibility what you do to yourself as long as you don't harm others. øbama should learn a lesson from the constitution.

Homosexuality is self harming and a bad choice yet its also a victimless crime. even though you should get help its no the govt business.
